Apnea is a project I made while staying in New York for Photo Workshop New York at the Pratt Institute, where Michael Ackerman tutored us.
At that time, I felt like the city was trying to reject me and I was not getting any until I had a night walk in the industrial area of Red Hook. The negatives are from a little market I found in Williamsburg. Later on, I realized that soon after Trump would have been president for the first time.
